Dear Clinic User,
The sexual health services (Courtyard Clinic, Roehampton Clinic and the Reproductive Sexual Health Clinics) run by St George's Hospital are coming together to form one integrated sexual health service.
This includes one computer system for the entire service and integration of existing computer records and the replacing of paper records with confidential electronic patient records.
Staff employed in the Courtyard Clinic, the Roehampton Clinic and all the Reproductive Sexual Health Clinics (contraceptive/family planning clinics) will use this one database which will be completely confidential to the integrated sexual health service.
